About

Integra was founded by Peter Friedman, who has spent over twenty years advising and recruiting within quantitative trading and systematic strategies. Before founding Integra, Peter served as Chief Talent Officer at Teza Technologies, where he built the firm’s recruiting infrastructure and contributed to its broader growth strategy. Before joining Teza, Peter founded a recruiting company which he ran for eleven years.

Peter is a Colgate University graduate and has served on the board of multiple charities. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, four children, and three dogs.
